Limited Liability Partnership in India
A law to allow "Limited Liability Partnership" (LLP) in India has been enacted by the Parliament of India recently.The Limited Liability Parternship Act, 2008 (LLP Act) came into force on January 9, 2009. An LLP has elements of partnerships and corporations.

MAKE IN INDIA
The Make in India program was launched by the Hon’ble Prime Minister of India Mr. Narendra Modi in September 2014 as part of a wider set of nation-building initiatives. This initiative is designed to facilitate investment, foster innovation, protect intellectual property, and build best-in-class manufacturing infrastructure. The campaign is set of plans to cut red tape, develop infrastructure and create a business-friendly environment.
